There is an attached battery pack with an on/off switch so you can turn activate the lights at your own pleasure creating a unique atmosphere for your event. All you have to do is tie the string to any balloon and turn on the lights! Easy. Use on 61cm/24in latex balloons or 56cm/22in and up foil balloons.
