Our Team. I'm so proud of the way our team supports and encourages one another, and always have our customers best interests at the center of everything they do.

If I wasn’t running CostumeBox I would be...

Well, I started off my career as an archaeologist, so probably that. My fantasy job would be as a florist or an artist, or ideally an artist who paints flowers!

Outside of work you can find me...

Ocean swimming, snorkelling, pottering in my garden with my roses or puddling about with my water colour paints.

My favourite dress-up theme/character...

I have a special place in my heart for Wonder Woman. I wore that costume to the CostumeBox launch party in December 2007. It was an excellent party and we were filled with great excitement, so it always reminds me of that early start-up phase, which was scary but exhilarating.

A Pastry Chef - I love to bake bread, pastries, cakes and biscuits to share with friends and family.

Playing golf, baking or swimming in the ocean.

My favourite part about working at CostumeBox is...

I love the people (we have such a great team) and the fun products that I get to work with. I don't think there are many jobs out there where daily conversations involve unicorns, vampires and mullet wigs.

If I wasn’t doing my particular job I would be...

Working in nature or with animals. I studied zoology at university and field guiding in South Africa before I started working here.

Outside of work you can find me...

Spending time with my friends and family, baking sourdough bread, or curled up somewhere sunny with a good fantasy book.

I love anything bold and bright, so I'll always enjoy an 80s party.

Everything! The friends I've made, the flexibility and seeing all the new and exciting products coming in.

If I wasn’t doing my particular job I would be...

A backup dancer and singer (in my dreams).

Gosh, many things!
Apart from a great work/life balance with remote working and 4-day work weeks - I socially summarise my role as a 'professional shopper' ;)

Travelling... and professionally shopping.

My favourite part about working at CostumeBox is...

Creating crazy videos in a whole range of costumes and accessories. I also love that CostumeBox branding is quite colourful, so designing for annual events is heaps of fun.

If I wasn’t doing my particular job I would be...

Some form of online business so I can keep having the freedom of working remotely. I'd also love to be a yoga teacher, just to be more zen.

Outside of work you can find me...

Caravanning off-grid with my little fam, renovating our house/yard, exploring kid-friendly events and festivals.

I will forever love 1920s Gatsby style dresses, and anything bling bling, such as our festival range.

I love a decade theme, 20s, 70s, 80s. My favourite dress-up character is Cher from Clueless - that yellow plaid outfit is so iconic.
