The elbow length sleeved dress is made from yelow satin look fabric and features a colourful chest insert and an attached pink tulle overlay skirt. A blue, felt top hat with green satin bow is also included. The bow tie is attached to a separate stiff white collar to complete the look. The yellow peplum overlay on the pink tulle skirt covers the front of the dress only, the back of the skirt is pink tulle only.
