Streamers features on one side, 7 pink pennant shaped cutouts with a purple outline and green pattern with 'I The 90's' with and a pink heart cutout. On the other side, the pennants are printed in half yellow half blue and purple pattern with 'I the 90s' in hot pink with a hot pink heart in between.
