With a balloon in your hand, this is a costume no one will ever forget. This costume includes a white dress with grey short puffed sleeves and attached white and grey striped sleeve underneath. The bodice features grey vertical stripes and three red pom poms down the front. Along the skirt is a thick grey band along the hem and attached underneath is a lace petticoat. The costume also includes a cream clown collar which sits around your neck. To complete the character add a red clown wig, a pair of red or black shoes, creepy clown makeup and finally a balloon to hold or offer to anyone brave enough to approach you.
