The Big Top Fun Clown Girls Toddler Costume has fun written all over it, because clowns are the epitome of fun. From their red noses to their ill-fitting shoes to their mad cap antics, the clown is pretty great. This costume comes complete with a colourful spotted dress with a ruffled neckline and a multicoloured tutu skirt with attached pink and purple brace like straps.
